Unwind, recharge, and find your center. Join instructor Theresa Lawson every other Sunday morning at 10am for a 60-minute class designed for all levels.

This soothing practice blends gentle movement with restorative postures, calming the nervous system and creating spaciousness in the body. Expect soft transitions, long holds, and a peaceful vibe that helps you slow down and feel truly grounded.
