All Levels Yoga with Theresa Lawson and Sally Liner

Join us every Sunday at 10am for a 60-minute Yoga class. Theresa Lawson and Sally Liner alternate teaching each week, guiding a balanced practice suitable for all levels.

This session is designed to welcome everyone, whether you are a newbie or seasoned yogi. Movement blends breathwork and postures to calm the nervous system, release tension, and create space in the body. Expect to stretch and build strength in a peaceful atmosphere that helps you slow down and feel grounded.
