Duet Equipment Training offers a personalized experience for two people who wish to work out together while still receiving individualized attention and guidance. Duet sessions can be a wonderful way to stay motivated and accountable with a partner while enjoying many of the benefits of private instruction.

To help ensure the most supportive and effective experience, all new duet clients begin with an initial private session. This allows us to assess individual needs, goals, and experience levels to determine the best approach for duet training and create a balanced, successful experience for both clients
