Virtual Pilates-inspired mat class blending core strength with physical therapy principles. All you need is a mat and open space; optional props (Theraband, small ball, light weights) may enhance practice.

Note: Participants must be able to get up and down from the floor independently.

New to Pilates? These two 1 hour sessions are the first step! You'll get comfortable with the equipment, learn the basics, and allow me to assess your skill level. Completion of this package is required before joining regular classes.
