Fall into Fitness & Wellness This September

Hello Zenergy Friends,

We hope you had a wonderful Labor Day and are looking forward to the cooler, refreshing days of fall!

Here’s what’s new at Zenergy Pilates & Wellness this September:

New Openings & Group Intro Classes

Our waitlist has been taken down, and we’re slowly adding new clients as spots become available.

Group Intro Classes – a more affordable alternative to private intro packages! These small groups (3–4 participants per class) meet for 1 hr 15 min, giving you time to get familiar with the equipment at a relaxed pace while we assess your fitness level and guide you through proper form. It’s a supportive way to build confidence and start your Pilates journey.

Important Details:

  • Our classes are offered once a month and are designed to be taken in sequence (Class 1 followed by Class 2). Each month, we’ll vary the class times to give you more options—so if one month doesn’t fit your schedule, the next one just might!

  • Both classes are required before moving into our regular Pilates classes.

  • If you miss one, a make-up private session will be required.

  • To guarantee your spot, we strongly encourage registering for both classes at the same time.

This month’s Group Intro Classes are held at 8am:

  • Tuesday, September 23rd - Class 1

  • Thursday, September 25th - Class 2


Craniosacral Therapy

We’re excited to announce that Sally Liner is back and available for Craniosacral Therapy sessions! Spaces are now open for booking, so take the opportunity to experience this gentle, restorative therapy.

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on approach that helps your body release tension and restore balance. Using subtle movements of the spine, skull, and nervous system, Sally guides your body toward relaxation and healing.

Benefits of CST may include:

  • Relief from stress, tension, and headaches

  • Support for better sleep and relaxation

  • Easing neck, back, and joint discomfort

  • Assistance with post-injury recovery

  • Overall wellbeing and balance

Many clients describe CST as deeply calming and restorative, leaving you refreshed yet relaxed. Sessions are suitable for all ages and fitness levels.


Yoga Classes

Yoga is now offered Sunday mornings, alternating between Theresa and Sally. Start your week feeling grounded, stretched, and refreshed.


Every Sunday at 11 AM – class size is limited to 15 participants. This small-group, personalized format allows Maggie to observe your form closely and provide guidance tailored to each participant.

Workout from home – no travel needed! Perfect for fitting Pilates into a busy schedule.

Only $20 per class, all fitness levels welcome.

We want to hear from you! If you’ve ever considered becoming a certified Pilates Instructor, reach out and chat with us. Maggie is planning to start her master certification training, which will allow her to train and certify new instructors in the future.
